I hired Big Al's catering for an International Conference of our Association. I was NOT disappointed! I wanted food for 70 of our VIP's that would represent NYC and our culture and appeal to an international palate.
NYC has some of the best restaurants in the world and my audience was sophisticated so I had to carefully choose how I approached this meal without missing the mark. We decided to highlight Harlem and the grassroots music of New York for our theme and after tasting several traditional caterers and being unconvinced I followed a lead to Big Al's Catering.
Al was professional and responsive to my RFP quickly, and when I tasted his food it was done (He had me at the Bourbon Bread Pudding!). His pricing was (surprisingly) affordable and the delivery and execution was excellent.

Excellent, yummy, awesome. Big Al was in Las Vegas NV, where I was able to enjoy his excellent Soul food and BBQ. Ribs and wings were my favorite. Sauce was perfect. Mac and cheese was wonderful. Reminded me of my Grandmother's down in Georgia where I grew up.
Highly recommend!!! I would wait in a long line to get more of Big Al's Soul food!!! Hope he come back to Vegas.

I contracted Big Al's for a work event today, and although I couldn't attend it due to health issues, I asked my coworkers & they raved about the macaroni and cheese & the barbecue chicken wings! It looked so tempting that I wanted to sample it myself! I will definitely order again! Thank you Big Al! Oh, by the way, he's a very professional and nice person, which these days can be hard to come by.
